Strawberry Lemonade 4 Week Program
This 4 week program is a customized fitness program to get your health and fitness journey started off on the right foot. This program is best for women who just need to get back into the habit of exercise; they have the motivation to exercise, but don't want to stress about planning their workouts.
- Customized Workout Plan for 4 Weeks (Home or Gym)
- Customized Nutrition Guidance with Calorie & Macro Breakdowns
- 1 Recipe Pack
- 1 Monthly 20 Minute Check In Phone Call (You must schedule through my phone call link)
- Email Support 1 Time Per Week on Mondays
What You'll Need:
- A Mobile Device or Access to A Computer
- Resistance Bands, Tubes and/or Loops
- Various Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells
- A Bench and/or a piece of furniture you can use as a bench
- A Stability Ball
- A Foam Roller (not required, but you'll probably get one and wonder why you hadn't gotten it sooner!)
- A Gym Membership (optional)
*It's important to invest in working hard and staying consistent. Ideally, I'd like you to commit to at least 12 weeks to get you headed in the right direction. You will not see results if you do not stay consistent!
