You can avoid paying the overhead costs at a gym, travel time, the headache of traffic, and those overcrowded, smelly gyms.  With online training you have the flexibility to exercise around your schedule, when and where you want! Spend more time with your family and doing the things you love rather than stressing about getting to the gym for a specific session time. You can workout in the comfort of your own home or you can choose to go the gym if you want.

​Blueberry Lemonade Program

$350 - 4 Week Program
This 4 week program is a more in-depth and all inclusive customized fitness program that includes more hands on coaching. This program is best for women who want more access to me and more assistance with their programs.

  • Customized Workout Plan for 4 Weeks (Home or Gym)
  • Customized Nutrition Guidance with Calorie & Macro Breakdowns
  • 1 Recipe Pack
  • Mindset, Yoga & Recovery
  • Weekly Exercise, Nutrition and/or Lifestyle Tips
  • Bi-Weekly 20 Minute Check In Phone Call (You must schedule through my phone call link)
  • Bi-Weekly 30 Minute Facetime Session
  • Unlimited Email & Text Support 

What You'll Need:​
  • A Mobile Device or Access to A Computer
  • Resistance Bands, Tubes and/or Loops
  • Various Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells
  • A Bench and/or a piece of furniture you can use as a bench
  • A Stability Ball
  • A Foam Roller (not required, but you'll probably get one and wonder why you hadn't gotten it sooner!)
  • A Gym Membership (optional)

*It's important to invest in working hard and staying consistent. Ideally, I'd like you to commit to at least 12 weeks to get you headed in the right direction. You will not see results if you do not stay consistent!

This 4 week program is a customized fitness program to get your health and fitness journey started off on the right foot. This program is best for women who just need to get back into the habit of exercise; they have the motivation to exercise, but don't want to stress about planning their workouts.
