60 Minute Session$90
60 minute sessions include a warmup/cool down with use of a foam roller and other self myofascial release tools, as well as a 45-50 minute workout. These sessions allow more time to discuss exercise habits, stress levels, nutrition changes and other concerns.

30 Minute Session$55
30 minute sessions include a workout with short breaks to get the most out of the time. Due to the minimal time, discussion related to exercise, lifestyle, and/or nutrition goals and habits will be conducted mostly via email.

Slots are VERY limited. Set up a call to inquire about open time slots!
*We require all clients to train at least 2 times per week in order to have the best chance for success. In our experience, clients who have only trained with us one time per week do not get the best results.

Schedule a time to come in for an initial movement and habit assessment. $75 is due at the time of booking to hold your slot. It is non-refundable. These assessments are required to go forward with in person training.

During our time together you will:
- Learn how to properly warmup and cool down your body to avoid injury and get the most out of your workout
- Find out which muscles are tight and weak (and need to be strengthened) due to repetitive movement, poor posture from sitting all day, previous injuries, etc.
- Gain confidence exercising in any environment (home, gym, while traveling) with proper form
- Establish healthy habits related to fitness, nutrition, and mental health
- Collect the tools to be successful in your health and wellness journey to sustain long term results
- Increase your self esteem, body confidence and happiness!
