I have been preparing to launch this new bodyweight program for months, but I now have that push to get it out to the public. I am super excited about this program and I have been working really hard to get it together quickly so you all have something to do from home!
It’s challenging but absolutely achievable for most skill levels and workouts can be completed in 40 minutes or less! I have meticulously planned this program to include mobility, flexibility, and strength & cardio, to give you a well rounded workout, all with just your bodyweight!!
The workouts are set up to be completed on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays you can complete your own Strength and/or Conditioning workouts if you have weights or like to run. On Saturdays and Sundays you can partake in active rest which can include walking, hiking, or yoga. (If you start the program on a day other than Monday, Day 1 will be Workout A). At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to extend for another 4 weeks to continue advancing your fitness with more challenging workouts.

There are currently 2 versions available for purchase:
Version 1 is best suited for beginners to exercise or those who have not exercised in the last few months.
Version 2 is best suited for those who have some experience with exercise and feel comfortable with more complex movements.
