    ​I help women ages 20 - 60 who are ready to make a lifestyle change, find a healthy routine to finally find sustainable weight loss without spending hours in the gym.

    Here are some of my requirements for working together:
    • I require a 3 month commitment for all programs in order to ensure that we have enough time to begin instilling healthy habits, lifestyle changes and to see results.
    • I know that we all deal with stress on a regular basis and that's part of life, but if you are overly stressed out at this time, it's best if you manage your stress levels first and then apply at a later date.
    • Must have a great attitude and be "all in" to get fit, healthy and love your body!
