Lemonade Fit™ is a woman owned and operated, private boutique fitness studio in Charlotte, NC. We specialize in working with women of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels!
The training style and approach at Lemonade Fit™ studio focuses on building strength, confidence, healthy habits and a good relationship with your body! It does NOT include high intensity training classes or CrossFit style training. If you are just looking to get in a sweat, burn a lot of calories and be exhausted after your workouts, there are so many class options in the Charlotte area!
Lemonade Fit™ has designed a workout program that progresses clients through exercise phases in order to build a foundation before progressing to more complicated movements. This program has been built using a combination of NASM principles, Nick Tumminello's Design Mastery Course principles and Candice's own touches based on her experience working with 100s of clients over the years.
Lemonade Fit™ offers a very unique small group training environment, as well as one on one training and private group training in Charlotte, NC. Lemonade Fit™ also offers online training to clients located anywhere around the world!

Lemonade Fit™ has two Charlotte locations. Lemonade Fit South End is on the outskirts of Uptown, down the street from Bank of America Stadium and Lemonade Fit MoRa is in the Oakhurst neighborhood on the East side of the city.
Lemonade Fit South End: There is a private entrance with a lobby, 2 private bathrooms and about 1,900 square feet of training space with a roll up garage door! There is plenty of room to spread out for training sessions so that you are not sweating on the person next to you! :) We also have convenient parking in the lot in front of the building and plenty of street parking. Lemonade Fit MoRa: There is a private entrance with 1 private bathroom and 1,700 square feet of training space with a roll up garage door and tons of natural light! You will FINALLY find strength and sustainable weight loss success by setting goals, establishing and maintaining healthy habits and consistently exercising with appropriately challenging and effective workouts. We don’t support quick fixes or tricks, weight loss supplements or detoxes, completely cutting out food groups, or extreme exercise. Getting healthy, strong and losing weight takes time, hard work, and CONSISTENCY.
We will help you determine what works best for you and teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle. In some cases, you might need to do the exact OPPOSITE of what you think you should be doing. Have you been yo-yo dieting and fluctuating in weight the past few years? You do well in the beginning of your new program and then you can't maintain or you can't lose the last 10-15 pounds? We see this ALL THE TIME and it takes time to reverse some of the damage and bad habits, but if you stick to the plan and stay honest with us and with yourself, you will be successful!

ONLINE TRAININGOnline training includes access to my fitness app equipped with 300+ exercise videos. It's perfect for women who have inconsistent work schedules, who travel often, who are trying to stick to a budget or who want more flexibility.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAININGLemonade Fit™ offers 30 or 60 minute in-person sessions for those people who need that extra accountability and an eye on their form. We also offer hybrid training, which is a mix of in-person and online programming.

SMALL GROUP TRAININGIf you enjoy the camaraderie and competition that inherently comes with group training, We can accommodate semi-private group training up to 6 people. All skill levels are welcome! This is a very unique type of environment unlike any other in Charlotte!
