Lemonade Fit™ is officially open in a new location in Charlotte, NC! It’s actually right down the street from my old location in South End and it’s HUGE! We have plenty of room for training, especially during COVID. We have a private entrance with a lobby, 2 private bathrooms and about 1,700 square feet of training space with a roll up garage door!
Although we are in a larger space, we are not increasing the small group training size to more than 6 women at a time in order to make sure everyone feels comfortably distanced. Please join the waitlist if you are interested in training! |

We don’t support quick fixes or tricks, weight loss supplements or detoxes, completely cutting out food groups, or extreme exercise. Getting healthy, strong and losing weight takes time, hard work, and CONSISTENCY.
We will help you determine what works best for you and teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle. In some cases, you might need to do the exact OPPOSITE of what you think you should be doing. Have you been yo-yo dieting and fluctuating in weight the past few years? You do well in the beginning of your new program and then you can't maintain or you can't lose the last 10-15 pounds? We see this ALL THE TIME and it takes time to reverse some of the damage and bad habits, but if you stick to the plan and stay honest with us and with yourself, you will be successful!

ONLINE TRAININGOnline training includes access to my fitness app equipped with 300+ exercise videos. It's perfect for women who have inconsistent work schedules, who travel often, who are trying to stick to a budget or who want more flexibility.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAININGCandice offers 30 or 60 minute in-person sessions for those people who need that extra accountability and an eye on their form. She also offers hybrid training, which is a mix of in-person and online programming.

SMALL GROUP TRAININGIf you enjoy the camaraderie and competition that inherently comes with group training, We can accommodate semi-private group training up to 6 people. All skill levels are welcome!
