Small Group Training For Women

Semi private group training for up to 6 women.
The small group training at Lemonade Fit™ is very unique in that it is not a class or circuit style workout where every client is doing the same thing. The workouts are set up as if you are in a semi-private training session. That means that each client gets their own personalized workout based on their skill level, goals, injuries, and medical conditions.

​This is a great option for women that need the accountability of in-person training but do not have the budget for one-on-one and need a little bit more flexibility with scheduling.
This option is also beneficial for women who like to be pushed harder or motivated by their peers during exercise. Small group training is a wonderful opportunity to make friends and have a great time!
*We require all clients to train at least 2 times per week in order to have the best chance for success. In our experience, clients who have only trained with us one time per week do not get the best results.
Small Group Training Slots

Here's How It Works...

  • Sessions are 60 minutes
  • You will be in a small group with other women up to 6  
  • You will pay for a package of 8, 12, or 16 sessions (see below) every 5 weeks
  • Use them within 5 weeks or lose them (this helps with accountability!)

Details:

  • Modifications will be made during workouts for those with injuries​ since workouts are customized
  • No waiting in lines or waiting for equipment at a busy gym. You are guaranteed to have space and the equipment you need for your workout.
  • You have up until 2 hours prior​ to the session to book in
  • Warmup and cool down will be completed during the training session
  • All initial assessments will be separate from the group
    • Initial assessments are 60 minutes for $75
  • 12 Hour Cancellation & Reschedule Policy applies
Schedule a time to come in for an initial movement and habit assessment. $75 is due at the time of booking to hold your slot. It is non-refundable. These assessments are required to go forward with in person training.

 NEW 6 Month Memberships!

Introducing 6 Month Small Group Memberships -option of 8, 12 or 16 small group sessions per month.

The highlight of this membership is that sessions will rollover and accumulate, but they must be used by the end of the 6 month membership! The membership can be used for small group sessions at either location.

This is a 6 month commitment. You can choose to pay in full or make recurring monthly payments. Recurring monthly payments will be on automatic withdrawal.

8 sessions = $315 monthly
12 sessions = $435 monthly
16 sessions = $540 monthly

Clients are still subject to the same booking and cancellation rules.
