Hybrid Training

Hybrid training is a new and effective way to deliver training to clients that combines face-to-face and online training. This gives clients more flexible and cost-effective options for training while still offering what you need, when you need it. This type of training is best suited to clients that don't need a trainer there 100 percent of the time but who still need some hands on direction.

Hybrid Option 1

$345 - 4 Weeks

  • Custom Online Training Program
  • Bi-Weekly 60 minute In-Person Sessions (every 2 weeks)
  • Nutrition Guidance with Macro Breakdowns
  • 1 Recipe Pack

​What You'll Need:​
  • A Mobile Device or Access to A Computer
  • Resistance Bands, Tubes and/or Loops
  • Various Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells
  • A Bench and/or a piece of furniture you can use as a bench
  • A Stability Ball
  • A Foam Roller (not required, but you'll probably get one and wonder why you hadn't gotten it sooner!)
  • A Gym Membership (optional)

Hybrid Option 2

$280 - 4 Weeks

  • Custom Online Training Program
  • Monthly 60 Minute In-Person Sessions
  • Nutrition Guidance with Macro Breakdowns
  • 1 Recipe Pack
